WELCOME TO FUMCA Kids
Hey Friends! We are so glad you are visiting us today! The children’s ministry here at FUMC Alabaster exists to serve and support the spiritual and developmental growth of our students. We believe that we are called to actively participate in the work of the church by reaching others for Christ, pushing ourselves to grow in our faith, and seeking out ways to serve those around us.
Childcare During Church
We’re happy to provide childcare during worship! Nursery care is available for children ages 2 and under. Children’s Church is offered for children ages 3–6. Children may be dropped off before the service begins, or they are welcome to worship with their families, come forward for the Children’s Moment, and then head to Children’s Church. Coloring pages and fidget toys are also provided to be used during worship.
Wednesday Nights
We know kids have been at school all day, so Wednesday nights are designed to be fun, engaging, and filled with just a little learning! Each week, we’ll sing a couple of songs with Mr. William and explore our Big God, Big Life study through games, a Bible story, group discussion, and a lesson-related craft. We’ll finish the evening with time to play outside on the playground, weather permitting, or enjoy more fun in the fellowship hall!
