WELCOME TO FUMCA Kids

Hey Friends! We are so glad you are visiting us today! The children’s ministry here at FUMC Alabaster exists to serve and support the spiritual and developmental growth of our students. We believe that we are called to actively participate in the work of the church by reaching others for Christ, pushing ourselves to grow in our faith, and seeking out ways to serve those around us.

Childcare During Church

During the 8:30 am and 11:00 am worship services, Childcare is available for children ages 3 through Kindergarten. Children can be dropped off before the service. Coloring pages, children’s bulletins, and fidgets are provided for first grade and older.

Wednesday Nights

We know kids have had a long day of school by the time Wednesday night rolls around, so our focus is on fun, movement, and connection! Each week, we start by getting the wiggles out with plenty of play time and games. Then we come together for a short, engaging lesson — often paired with a hands-on craft or activity to help the message stick.
Join us for a great midweek reset where kids can laugh, learn, and grow in their faith.

Children's Sunday Night "camp in" was a blast! From nature scavenger hunts, to flashlight tag and even S'mores we had the best time!
“Camp-In” with us this Sunday, September 29 for Children’s Night! We’ll eat s’mores and play camp games. Bring your sleeping bag and flashlight! 5pm-6:30pm.
